May 14, Sunday
7 pm – Welcome drinks and Mexican hors d oeuvres. Set the game plan together for the remainder of the trip.

Day 2
May 15
, Monday
7am – Outdoor Bootcamp, pilates and yoga stretch
8 am
– Breakfast
9 am – Michele will start the conversations around nutrition and how to nourish our bodies.
2 pm – Lunch
Afternoon – Parras town tour
Late afternoon – We’ll dive into a Fitness & Wellness goal-setting session.
Free time!
Dinner options will be provided at walking distance.

Same but with a wine tasting from 3 – 5pm

7am – Outdoor Bootcamp and Pilates
